My name is Anton and in this video, we will talk about an exciting proposition about wormholes. Was Einstein's ideas misunderstood? you know, I just discovered the other day that Einstein was actually a real person. all this time, I thought he was just a theoretical physicist.

Kinda sad, looks like captain Janeway and the Voyager crew won't be getting back from the Delta quadrant anytime soon.

This went far weirder places than I anticipated. And it started at wormholes.

Anton: it’s not sci-fi Anton: proceeds to describe the most sci-fi sounding explanation involving the reversal of time and a mirrored universe.

The 1958 sci-fi novel "A Clash of Cymbals" (a.k.a. "The Triumph of Time") by James Blish is based on the idea of an anti-matter universe traveling backwards in time which is about to "collide" with our forward-traveling universe, resulting in mutual annihilation and a new "big bang".

Despite been expelled of my 3rd year of high school and having almost zero knowledge no math and physics, your form of present information allows almost eclverybody yo understand... Thanks for that

When Einstein was initially describing wormholes on the backside of black holes, he suggested they would lead "outside our universe", a concept he wasn't comfortable with. Then some of his students suggested it could also curve back around to a distant point in our universe. In order for us to recognize such a wormhole, we would need to see clearly identifiable materials going in and reappearing from a distant galaxy in a still identifiable form.
