For being the “Department of War”, they’re awfully defensive.
These are people so morally compromised that blackmail and extortion are as common as scheduling a follow up to the last meeting.
Department of "War! What is it good for? Absolutely nothing! Say it again!"
When a reporter's question results in a threat of blackmail, there's a story we need to know .
Thank you and JVL and everyone else at The Bulwark for bringing attention to this.
It does my heart good to know you read Mother Jones!! Keep pushing against your inner Republican!
You don't have to call it Department of War. Only Congress can vote to change the name.
I can't wait for this regime to fall.
The fact that Hegseth is still employed is all the evidence you need of weak leadership at the top.
As someone who does not live in America it is astonishing to see how far and how fast the US has fallen.
