I’ve lost 140lbs on carnivore and omad. I do believe volume matters to lose weight on carnivore but I also believe high fat is essential. I eat 70% fat that keeps me satisfied on omad and stops food noise but this has changed my life.

Fatty red meat until it stops tasting good. If people listen to Dr.Chaffee a lot of questions become unnecessary.
We have already done the lean eating. I did the lean eating since 2000 and every year was a nightmare. We already know lean doesnt work. The fat seems to be as important if not more important then the meat itself, you sure cant go one without the other and have your best health.

Thank you so MUCH for this!!! I know people are busy, but I have been pretty lost. It’s so frustrating when you’re not losing and you can’t speak to your own family doctor. She just lectures! I take it no matter if you’ve had GB or how heavy you are, that you still need to eat a good amount of fat daily. ❤❤❤
