Micromorphology and geochemistry show controlled burning 30m inside Wonderwerk Cave, giving strong evidence that early Homo was using fire at least 1 million years ago. Just make sure it's not TOO raw. I tried this once and the cow put up a fight

The worst preparation method for meat is far superior to plant nutrition. Eat your meat the way YOU enjoy it.

Finding book called TestoGenesis Protocol by Angelico should be non-negotiable. Its the kind of knowledge you cant afford to die without.

I usually sear the outside for taste and keep the middle rare (50° C). I prefer eating warm food and think we have an evolutionary preference for that as it means it's a relatively fresh kill.

When I eat fillet steak I just sear on the outside with butter for taste. So 95% of the meat is raw. Zero digestive issues, great taste. In fact raw meat easier to digest.

I eat both cooked and raw, and the longer you go, the more you are willing to try rare/raw. I did the experiment, and I feel good on rare, but better on raw, calmer and happier digestion. Do the experiment, and see for yourself, what works better for you!

I just recently tried raw burger from my 1/2 cow from my farmer I trust. I have been eating that meat rare for a long time. I liked it and thought it tasted better than cold cooked burger, which is what I take to work with me. So now I am eating raw meat for one meal and cooked at night. I tried the raw meat the first time when we had a power outage. As far as how I feel, I haven't noticed any difference

Im 80. Eat half my meat raw, half medium rare. I just like it, and it's easier to eat when not cooked. Nice difference in taste.
