Basically, everything generally seems to come down to cutting out sugar and having a low carb diet.
When I was a kid in the '70s, my dentist recommended I (my mom) mix two parts baking soda with one part salt. I wet my toothbrush and dip it in the power and brush my teeth with it. I only brush in the mornings--I was never a nighttime brusher and I never flossed. I didn't go to the dentist from the time I left home at 18 until my mid 30s, and I only had 1 small cavity at that time. I've been going for cleanings since, but still use my baking soda and salt to brush in the morning and still have had no more cavities or other tooth problems and I'm now in my late 50s.
1) NAC 2) Xylitol 3) Baking Soda 4) Hydrogen Peroxide 5) Herbs with coconut oil
Before I listen to this or read and comments. I have found, stopping all sugar. White, brown, powered sugar, super sweet fruit. STOP ALL SUGAR!! This changed everything for me.
