Average BP for 18 years was 143/97. Then on May 18th 2021 it magically went down to 115/73 and never went back up. My doctor was amazed, and started to say how my diet must have changed. I said no. He asked what I changed? I told him I got a divorce.
What have I learned from this Dr Sten Ekberg? See going to regular local doctors is like getting on a merry go round...same old things. For years I was going to about 6 to 7 different types of doctors. I had nurses and a physical therapist coming to my house. My health was very bad and most doctors couldn't even do surgery on my back, legs, because of heart surgeries issues. I started listening to Dr.berg and Dr.Ekberg videos not telling the doctors. Within around 3 to 4 weeks my health issues started getting better. I remember seeing the color of my skin clearing up, my pain in my spine and legs was getting better about a month later I started walking without help God is Good..
"Walking immediately after a meal" is the greatest thing I can recommend that can lower your blood pressure, manage blood sugar and even can reduce inflammation caused by food.
Actually, normal blood pressure across ALL regulatory bodies used to be 140/90. But this was reduced to 120/80 as suggested by the American Heart Association (AHA). To get to this "new" lower level, most people HAVE to be on medication to get this low. However, The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFC) have determined that yes, 140/90 is sill the cut off to be worried about. The AAFC have read and studied ALL of the research done by the AHA, and still recommends 140/90 as a normal blood pressure for someone with no other problems. (There are other regulatory bodies who also follow the original 140/90). The Cochran Library who carries out systematic studies of all medical data, in 2020 did a systematic review of what a normal blood pressure should be. They confirmed that 140/90 is Normal !!! So, many people are on blood pressure medications who may not actually have high blood pressure thanks to the AHA which is a private corporation funded by producers of processed/junk foods and Big Pharma.. I suspect the lower level was chosen to put people on meds for bigger profits.

"White Coat Syndrome" - Anxiety caused by a Doctor Visit as well as the stress of just GETTING to that office can easily cause High Blood Pressure!
Thanks, I am 57 and my bp suddenly went from 139/86 to 179/140 and I had a TIA, two weeks later I had a stroke cause by a blood clot from a pulmonary embolism. Today I am not okay, the BP fluctuations is not under control, fatigue caused by the embolism, i am now taking Eliquis to keep the blood from forming other clots. Before this happened I was taking supplement, daily walks and very active , my dietary habits were healthy, never drink or smoked, never done any drugs. Life is short, enjoy the company and comfort of your family and friends. Love without waiting a retribution, extend your hand to help others in need, if you can visit those who are shut inside hospitals and nursing homes. Jesus said love thy neighbor as you love yourself.
