Money doesn’t buy love, but in this case, it buys therapy, safety, and a chance at healing. OP isn’t just giving cash, she’s rewriting a kid’s future.
For the first story, I feel like giving the children any million would be great and automatically makes you NTA, no matter if the sums are different
First story: To mollify her friend, OP could explain that the daughter will have to dip into the funds soon, so they won't have much of a chance to grow, whereas the boy won't need to touch his funds for 15 years and in 15 years a million dollars in a trust fund can grow a lot.
Wait, do I have money that I should be investing... I think I have 12 cents over on the floor by my fridge.
As a woman whose father cheated with a woman named Martha, I felt a huge amount of rage upon hearing what Martha and the father was saying.
He thinks it's childish for her to choose the cat over him, but somehow it isn't childish of him to choose having an issue with the cat over her??
Last story: sounds like some women in OP's life are jealous of her and her success in life, and had to use something against OP. Choices have consequences, folks. You choose to have kids, prepare to deal with them for the rest of your life.
Whenever someone tries the "Cat or me", its always the cat Never settle with control freaks that turn up the abuse when they think they got the slightest control
Affair partners mad that they're affair partners
If you are paying rent before you graduate high school 9/10 your parents are jerks.
