It may tell you more about your heart health than blood pressure. Nearly 45–50% of heart attacks occur without warning symptoms, making early health markers especially important in heart attack prevention. Here are 7 ways your hands may reveal early signs of heart disease and overall cardiovascular health: • Weak grip strength • Inability to lift the ring finger from a table • Clubbed fingernails • White nails • Yellow bumps on the tendons of the hands • Fine tremors • Cold hands These physical signs may provide insight into circulation, cardiovascular health, high cholesterol symptoms, and other underlying health conditions. An A1C test, a resting heart rate test, and a fasting insulin test can also provide helpful insight into your cardiovascular health. Proverbs 14: 30 ‘A calm heart gives life to the body’ …. Stress can be a concern for the heart. Try whenever possible to be calm in stressful situations. We can’t always avoid it, but learning to manage it and the problems we face can lessen the effect it has on us. Prayer is a good way of coping with stress by talking to our creator and listening to the counsel he gives through his word the Bible.

Throughout my time and experience working alongside paramedics and attending numerous heart attack and stroke cases, I have observed that many high-risk patients were suffering from significant emotional stress and anxiety before their medical event. In many cases, chronic emotional strain appeared to place enormous pressure on the cardiovascular system, directly affecting the heart and overall health. While poor diet, high cholesterol, and excessive fat intake are recognised contributing factors, emotional and psychological stress should not be underestimated as a major risk factor in cardiovascular disease. Modern society often focuses heavily on diet alone, yet prolonged stress, anxiety, exhaustion, and emotional trauma can elevate blood pressure, increase inflammation, disturb heart rhythm, and place continuous strain on the body over time. Thankyou Dr.Berg you videos are very informal and educational even for us emergency workers.

Bottom line, when your time is up, your time is up. If you go to a regular doctor they'll just put you on meds. My Dad had a stent put in and he still died. Sometimes you just have to live your life the best you can. John 3:16
