Sounds like Lizzo needs to find some friends to go out with her instead of making her employees to go out with her.

I unfortunately ended up at a strip club with my boss and he proceeded to get a lap dance and turned his chair to face me before the lap dance started. I am by no means up tight but I was so uncomfortable. I got up and walked away. I get the pressure of having to socialize with the boss when they ask even when you don’t want to. And they say it’s not mandatory but it kind of is.

I would not expect "the creative" (aka in this case, Lizzo) to also be an excellent tour manager, lead choreographer and HR specialist, but this is a wake up call for her. You cannot allow employees to be put into a hostile and discriminatory workplace with the viewpoint situation managed. This attitude came back to haunt Ellen Degeneres also. One must hire managers who can give advance warnings of issues, problems and potential LAWSUITS or better yet avoid all of that sh*t.

I saw a dancer talk to this and they stated that any dancers that ever speak out about treatment are basically blacklisted forever and can’t get work…(which is why only two of the women filed the lawsuit) the sexual,harassment and inappropriate advances and requests for sexual favors for a job is very prevalent in that industry

Edit: replay crew. Let's be real here. There is a difference between going with your boss to a bar and having drinks, golfing, or dinner AND going to a nude bar, strip club, etc. While going to strip clubs/ nude bars is not illegal, it may lead to accusations of harassment. Lizzo needs to have friends rather than asking her employees to go with her while she parties.

I’ve heard a lot of people confusing the allegations against the dance captain as something Lizzo herself did, I’m glad you’re actually reading through the complaint.
