Can I just say, I love this kid! Mel, you’re correct he is like a wise old man in an 18 year old body. He’s an awesome young man and I enjoy listening to him. As the Mom of a 21 year old with ADHD and anxiety, I find his perspectives truthful and insightful. Thanks Oak for sharing the mic.

It’s an honor and extreme pleasure to be with Oakley and his contagious zest for life. It’s true (sorry GF) with love and respect of our parents, we don’t want to be them. 😉 Great job parenting your kids ❣️

A great lesson to earn as early as possible, is that you are the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Also, I liked "fake it til you make it"- I know some people don't like it- but basically, it's just act confident and you will become it!! I'm way past parenting age, but this is so good. I wish I'd had this kind of relationship with my parent or other adult when I was a kid. great job, Oakley.
