I don’t know if he’ll ever see this, but Mo, as an Israeli who’s family has been involved in peace talks since the 80’s your show was the most human and realistic portrayal of the dynamic between Israelis and Palestinians I’ve ever seen on screen. It made me ashamed and disgusted at how little humanity Palestinians have been granted and made me deeply grateful as much as it made me somehow even more disappointed in my country’s government and its people. Praying for peace and for real leadership to an end to the occupation and the violence.

People don't understand how earth-shattering this is. Having a Palestinian speak about Palestinian issues from a Palestinian perspective on Prime TV would have been an unthinkable taboo just 5 years ago. For decades, only Israelis were allowed to speak. Palestinians had to fight against censorship and deliberate false reporting their whole life.
