It has to be said, and I'm sorry if this offends anyone. TRT and HGH/peptide therapies. Nothing wrong with that, but I don't like the idea that these fat loss benefits are maintained purely by Thomas' endogenous hormonal production.
I notice just eating whole foods fruits n veggies plus grass fed/finished meats plus fermented foods is all I need plus a few supplwments Vit D3 w K2, Magnesium glycinate (ate endings) ginkgo biloba with panax ginseng, plus collagen. 👍🏼 Exercise or stay active, diet and sleep.
One of your best videos. Certain it will upset many vegans, carnivores, and keto dieters 😂😂. Love it. You have found what works for you regardless of not fitting into an exact diet category.
"Non Exercise Active Thermogenesis" ... when you have ADHD, that's super easy, barely an inconvenience.
