It’s very interesting I increased my protein and General nutrition (vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, fiber, polyphenols) and it lowered my appetite but my strength has been slowly increasing week by week.

Thanks for all your great insight and advice, Thomas ! These are tough times in the US, but your vids uplift me !!!! I did a 20 hr fast today........and had a good , aerobic ( on hills) outdoor walk, incorporating HIITS into the walk with a lil bit of uphill jogging and aerobic dance moves. Just a few days into taking care of myself again, after a LONG winter of overeating the wrong items. ....and not enough exercise. Now also adding a lil bit of resistance training. It feels GREAT to move, and to eat better. YOU inspire me to do so.
