Don't be a "just put it in the cloud" guy, analyse what you need and what you can manage yourself. On the other side, don't try to re-invent the wheel. As always, balance is key.
Cloudflare + Hetzner is a really sweet combo, you can use Cloudflare containers as edge coprocessing, and R2/KV are best in class.
