Find out about some of the bizarre symptoms you might experience if you have low vitamin D. Breathing Hacks: ▶️ https://youtu.be/AQz5u71G3js ▶️ https://youtu.be/HfknEr2ctRI Full Interview with Dr. Bruce Hollis: ▶️ https://youtu.be/QAQ7r6jLEww Vitamin D Toxicity: ▶️ https://youtu.be/H_U5QRk_Wrc DATA: https://youtu.be/zfZSW2saqCg https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3849670/ 0:00 Introduction: Common vitamin D deficiency symptoms 1:30 11 surprising vitamin D deficiency signs 5:56 Vitamin D3 deficiency explained 9:40 How much vitamin D should I take? 13:30 Take vitamin D3 with the cofactors Today, I’m going to tell you about some of the symptoms that you probably didn’t know were related to vitamin D deficiency. The most common signs that you’re vitamin D deficient include lower back pain, depression, high blood pressure, inflammation, and autoimmune diseases. Blood tests only show you the inactive form of vitamin D and don't tell you about vitamin D at the cellular level. Instead, look out for some of the surprising signs of vitamin D deficiency. 1. Head sweating This is typically seen in infants but can also be seen in teenagers and adults. 2. Sweating more at night If you’re vitamin D deficient, you may sweat excessively, even if the room is cool. You might also wake up with a moist pillow. 3. Mood swings Vitamin D controls mood regulation, so if you’re deficient, you could experience a range of moods in a short time. 4. Procrastinating If you constantly put things off for later, you could be vitamin D deficient! 5. Panic attacks Low vitamin D levels can cause panic attacks, so try taking high doses of vitamin D3 if you’re experiencing them. 6. Achiness Achiness in the pelvis, lower back, hips, and upper legs is often a sign of low vitamin D. 7. Loss of muscle strength If you have low vitamin D, you won’t have enough calcium in the muscles. Calcium allows the muscle to contract and is also involved in muscle production. 8. Stiffness Stiffness related to vitamin D deficiency usually occurs in the knees and fingers. This is related to inflammation, weakened cartilage, and weakened collagen. 9. Chronic fatigue Vitamin D supports your mitochondria, the energy factories of the cell. Without enough vitamin D, you can’t make energy. 10. Slowed down thinking Vitamin D deficiency can cause diminished cognitive function. 11. Difficulty feeling satisfied If you’re vitamin D deficient, you might not feel satisfied after eating, and you’ll have a tendency to overeat. Consider taking around 10,000 to 20,000 IU of vitamin D3 per day, along with the cofactors magnesium, vitamin K2, zinc, and vitamin B6. When using high doses of vitamin D, always check with your doctor. High doses of vitamin D can increase blood/urine calcium levels resulting in calcium deposits in the kidney. Also drink 2.5 liters of fluids per day, take cofactors with vitamin D (magnesium, K2 and zinc) and have your doctor monitor your PTH, vitamin D blood levels and creatinine and avoid excess calcium supplements of high calcium foods when taking vitamin D levels over 10,000 IUs. I wanted to add one more thing about mixed reviews on vitamin D. For example, why do some people,(most) do well on high dose vitamin D, but not everyone. I should probably do a video on this but here's the data: magnesium is the vital cofactor for vitamin D and the more vitamin D you take, the more magnesium is required so IF a person omits magnesium and takes lots of D3, they could experience magnesium deficiency symptoms: lack of sleep, muscle tightness, restlessness, leg/foot cramps, panic attacks, anxiety, etc. Interesting. The same thing goes with magnesium, if you are low on D3, and omit D3 and take lots of magnesium you could end up with bone pain, achy low back, low immune system, sleep problems, etc.

3 years ago I woke up to go to work at 5 am. Im an HVAC Refrigeration technician. I work very hard everyday. When I got up and started walking to the bathroom to take a shower I all of a sudden lost control of my body. I fell over and hit the floor. Im not a wimp. So I tried to get up but couldn't. I called for my dad who was sleeping. Luckily my french bulldog heard me and sensed something was wrong and started barking and my dad woke up. I remember when my dog and dad came in my room my dad was asking what happened. I told him I think I need to see a doctor. He picked me up and got me to the hospital. What felt like a very long time I finally got in a room with the nurse and told her what happened. Apparently I was so deficient in potassium and magnesium. They had me on an IV for like 2 hours. Its hard to remember how long. What I do remember is how much better my body felt as the IV was going. I felt so much better physically and mentally. Since then I have been taking my magnesium and potassium BUT noticed that vitamin D has helped me INCREDIBLY as well. There is a huge difference when I am not deficient vs being deficient. Its actually crazy how much more relaxed I feel. I can tell when I am deficient. Muscle tightness, anxiety, lack of sleep. Now I take my supplements everyday. Magnesium, potassium, vitamin D and K2. Doctor told me that I must have difficulty getting these vitamins and trace minerals in my diet. If someone has read this all the way through if anything I would highly recommend buying Magnesium Calm. Look it up on Amazon. It has been a life changer. ❤ magnesium seems to be the biggest help for me but all the other vitamins I have written about are also very important to my physical and mental health.

Doctors should check D levels as part of the annual bloodwork for a physical exam. I always have to ask for the test.

As someone who had an extreme vitamin D deficiency the mental changes were HUGE after fixing my levels. on some days i really thought i was going crazy and my anxiety was killing me. Went to the doctor and they said my levels were “some of the lowest they’ve ever seen” figures for someone in a cold climate with an IT job. Started taking high doses everyday and after a month or two i really felt a change in the way i thought, felt, and overall processed information. Get a blood test for your vitamins guys! it really is a life saver!

To say I am blown away is an understatement. I'd recently been praying about being an awful procrastinator. I couldn't figure out why it would take me a long time to accomplish things. I also would have brain fog and couldn't focus. I chalked it up to being lazy and thought maybe things would never change. On 5/1/25, I began taking 5000 IU of Vitamin D and 2 weeks in noticed drastic hair growth- no exaggeration. Around the 3 week mark, I began noticing a natural boost in my mood and energy. I was literally waking up cheerful to the point I would cook and clean in the morning and sing while doing it. I was hesitant to credit the vitamin D but seeing this video has confirmed it. Oh my goodness‼️

I listened to Dr. Berg about 2 months ago. I suffer from overall pain but mostly back pain. I’ve had two operations on my lumbar and numerous injections. The video I watched was on taking vitamin d3, magnesium and vitamin K2. Within 3 weeks of taking them together, I was able to do more, stand straighter and I’m not as depressed, anxious, etc. I’ve now gotten my husband taking the same. Within 2 weeks, he is much better! Find that video for the dosage. God Bless😇
