8 hours of quality sleep, wake up and look at the sun to keep your circadian clock accurate, one or two meals a day of a quality Paleo, Mediterranean or Carnivore diet and no soda, sweet tea or anything with refined sugar in it. Water is preferable. Make sure to move during the day and walk if your job doesn't include it. Don't eat any processed "food". Do not consume any seed oils because they are rancid even before they make it to the store shelves and none are edible anyway. Do not listen to your TV because nothing on it is true. Same with government. Do not take any Big Pharma med's and definitely NOT any of their injectables! Think positive because the mind is very powerful and capable of willing whatever we believe, into reality, good or bad. Be grateful for what you have whether it is a pillow under a bridge or a mansion by the sea. Our time here is short.
There is 1 reason why meat is controversial. "They", we know who, don't want us to eat it because it heals, sustains life and makes it thrive.
I will never eat bugs for the WEF tyrants, or beyond meat for BillGates .
The Carnivore Diet would change the world on so many levels, for the better.
Meat-eating is alive and well here in New Zealand. The local large supermarket has a wall of meat, which is constantly getting restocked.
