I stopped using seed oils and my acne started to go away. That's all I need to know.
The system is so damn corrupt, you can literally say anything is healthy and then back it up with studies done by corrupt doctors and scientists
also medical professionals: "half of our medical textbooks are inaccurate and causing incalculable damage"
