I looooooove silence. I didn’t my whole life being a people pleaser, over explainer. Then I found myself very alone and forced to do some inner work. Silence is my favourite state to live in now. It’s powerful, it’s freedom, it’s peace. As soon as I speak, I become something for others to perceive and misinterpret. People are so confused with silence. In silence I hold onto myself and I get to choose what comes out of me, not you.

At my mother's funeral I was so relaxed, I went around smiling and saying yes to everyone, not because I agreed but because they're entitled to their own opinion and I didn't waste energy explaining my view. It was magical 😂 someone said beforehand kill them with kindness, it works 🎉

"Speed always belongs to habit systems. Slowness belongs to agency and ownership." Fantastic insight.

Funny, was just at a christmas dinner as soon as I entered the room I felt myself shift and I had to reground myself before slipping into old habits. Now I am home seeing this video.

Man. I’m choosing actively to foster an environment in my future family home where no one ever has to feel awful about coming home. Where everyone can’t wait to celebrate together and is free to be themselves ❤

Not caring is a superpower, I’m always the black sheep but now I lean into it. My power has increased. Good stuff

Its funny, i choose not to mask anymore, due to healing. So i also choose to spend holidays alone. I feel safer, because i wont fall into habits.

“Explanations feed obligations.” WOW. Wish I’d understood this 55 years ago. I have spent most of my life making decisions based on feelings of obligations. I’m now trying to figure out who I really am and what do I really want? 🤷🏼‍♀️
