I was a ER nurse for years in a trauma center. Any suspicious death, especially a gunshot wound, requires that the clothes are cut off specifically to protect the entry point of the wound, and bagged for evidence in chain of custody. Meaning every person that has that bag has to sign for it and be accountable for its contents until it is signed over to law enforcement. There’s no way his clothes went missing if he arrived to the hospital with them still on.

Retired ER nurse here; gun shot wounds, mangled car accidents, and a multitude of bloody tragedies occur all the time and NOBODY throws them in the back of a car and drives them to a hospital! They do what they can do while they wait for the paramedics, restrict the bleed, start CPR if necessary, ect., because the ambulance will arrive in less time than someone driving a car, then all the necessary stabilizing medical care begins immediately! From this stand point alone this whole thing smelled fishy to me from the beginning and no one seemed to be questioning it. Only someone who needs to control the scene and the optics would go this route.

According to Google, PETN sheds white crystal residue after detonation, which could be the reason they put Charlie in a white shirt that day. A black tee would expose that residue.
