JOIN EL COOKS👇🏼 YOUTUBE https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXvCI4YnkGhGV8ei4vE9h4A INSTA- https://www.instagram.com/jose.elcook/ TikTok- https://www.tiktok.com/@jose.elcook?lang=en Here is the recipe and instructions! ⬇️ 2lbs boneless beef chuck 1.5lbs oxtail salt to taste oil for searing 1Tbsp apple cider vinegar for the sauce⬇️ 7 guajillo chiles (deseeded) 7 ancho chiles (deseeded) 5 chili de Arbor (deseeded) 1/2 white onion 10 cloves garlic 4 roma tomatoes 1tbsp black pepper corns 1tsp mexican oregano 1tsp coriander seeds 1 cinnamon stick 3 bay leaves Add these before blending ⬇️ 1tsp ground cumin 1Tbsp salt 1.5 Cups water or beef broth (for blending) 1. Let meat get to room temp for 30 minutes. 2.Toast spices in oven then boil them along with the rest of the sauce ingredients in a pot of water for 15 minutes. (up until the bay leaves) then strain 3. before blending the boiled ingredients, add in the cumin, salt, and water and blend until completely smooth (sauce is ready) 4. Generously salt and sear the meat in batches then pour the sauce over the seared meat. 5. ADD 2 cups of water or broth over the sauced meat and mix. 6.Add in the apple slicer vinegar and cover the pot to be cooked in the oven at 350f for 4 hours. 7. shred the meat and remove any bones. Assemble tacos as shown in the video! ENJOY WITH ME!
