My dad was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis three years ago. After watching Dr. Berg’s older videos about liver health, I started giving him 50,000 IU of vitamin D daily, along with co-factors, TUDCA, milk thistle, tocotrienols (a form of vitamin E), and selenium. Now, his liver is back to normal, and he hasn’t needed any medications from his doctor.
What I love about Dr Berg videos is that is less than 20 minutes you always get useful information, in other videos they talk for almost 2 hours for almost nothing
I find it very telling that people I know are concerned about the side-effects of vitamins and supplements and not at all concerned about the side-effects of prescription meds.
Dr. Berg! One of the best people to listen to!
You have helped me a TON. People don’t listen when I try to share.
This man is one of the rarerest creatures on Earth. Thank you!
Keep the videos coming. We need more drs like you 🙌🇮🇪
