I'm 72 y/o and started weight training one year ago. I have been on creatine, TMG, leucine, and omega-3 since I started. I have gained 16 lbs of muscle! I have been on a whole food plant based diet for three years. I also use Vitamin B12, zinc, Vitamin D3 and K2. K2 also reduces wrinkles. I am a retired physician. I feel like a teenager!

Whereβs magnesium, k2, and vit d ? Everyoneβs low in the first 2 and vit d in high doses is super beneficial.
