I love that he called ultra-processed foods human pet food, or human chow.
I went to pharmacy school, and my professor was kool and low key told me that 80% of hospitalized patients were sick mainly due to nutrition...🤔.🤔🤔

It is a pretty wild concept that every single cell in your body is made from food. The question is: are your cells sponsored by McDonald's or the natural world?
when you drink coca cola it makes you more hungry. when you eat junk foods it makes you hungrier for junk foods. break the addictions folks.
Stick to the outside of the grocery store, and you will see a change. Wont be overnight, but it takes time to process that garbage out.
I recently cut out all sugar and carbs (except vegetables like sweet potato and lentils. 2 meals a day, mostly meat. Not only lost 40 pounds but my brain fog and 3pm crash are gone. My mood is far better. Honestly I feel super human
A few years ago, I was borderline diabetic and I asked my doctor to give me a diet to help bring down my A1C. She told me, I could do that, but what you really need to do is quit eating out and cook whole foods at home and leave the processed foods alone. She said if it comes in a box it's processed. Just go to the store and buy raw meats, vegetables and fruits and cook your meals with that. I did what I was told, I lost about 8 lbs, but I wasn't obese before, and after about 6 months I went back to the doctor for my blood tests and I was no longer within the pre-diabetic range.
Eat meat. Vegetables. Nuts and seeds. Some fruit. Little starch. No sugar. No alcohol. -Greg Glassman, CrossFit
