Anthropic shipped their .map file too. They truly ship fast
“What do you do that cannot be replaced by amazing agents yet?” - that should be a standard question to all these guests.
Interesting interview, but it felt like an hour of carefully curated PR answers. You can sense the fatigue it would be great to see a more honest take.
I love the knowledge bombs the Anthropic team keeps dropping on your podcast. Cat def touched on something I've been thinking a lot about lately; building teams that allow de-processing. I think that will become increasingly important.
Love the softball questions and blanket agreement on all of em. Great content many views coming.
Most interesting because of the apparent contradictions, i.e.: We want to remove all process + we made a cataclysmic mistake + it was human error + we're hardening our processes. Not an actual contradiction if you understand Lean & DevOps, but indicative of what the pace of change can do to organisations that aren't ready.
So glad you touched on OpenClaw
this is really what i'd hoped work would feel like back when i was a PM ! glad its come around now.
I love the combination of responses in this one. It was calming to hear Cat talk about balancing work and also feeling like you've done enough in a day.
This was one of best podcast, and also among the few of all the podcasts that I completely watched.
