Am I the only who finds it's funny that a free news show that charges for premium service is criticizing the idea of a free app charging for premium service?

I love how Musk doesn't even have a week of ownership yet but everyone is expecting him to have overhauled Twitter by now.

I'm anticipating Elon to go on JRE soon to explain his strategy for Twitter

I wonder if Khrystal could imagine herself paying for Breaking Points premium

It's counterintuitive to me, that everyone watched the Social Delima and realized the issues with social media being free. The primary issue is the platforms need you to be addicted to selling you more ads, the best way to be addicted is through hate. Now Elon is proposing to clean up Twitter and offers a paid solution and everyone is upset. Either we are the product or we pay for the product. Look at the difference in the reporting on Substack for accounts you have paid for vs free articles. I'm willing to pay for social media knowing I am no longer the product and not being manipulated by bots or nefarious algorithms built on dividing us. (remember it's cable news that divides us not social media lol, the same reason Saager and Krystal have a paid and free option is the same reason Elon will have it for Twitter).

The elites aren’t mad about the 8 bucks, they are mad that everyday people can afford it.

The only reason it cost money is to defeat bots, right now it cost nothing to bot the hell of out of the network. Everyone needs to pay $8 or more and be verified otherwise the system fails.

This is literally just the most expensive trolling in history.
