A lesson in self-kindness from Rogan & Naval.

I had a really big week and opened up about how I'm feeling.

I don’t think I’ve ever commented on a YouTube video before, but I felt compelled to after watching this. I needed to hear so many of the things you said in this video, today more than ever. Thank you for your insights, your vulnerability, your thoughtfulness and attention to detail, for being a beacon for young men and for putting it all out there to be seen. Your podcasts and vlogs have progressed my personal development in so many ways and have inspired me to do things and think in ways that I never would have otherwise. All of your current and future success is deserved and I can’t wait to see what more incredible things you accomplish in the going forward. Oh and thanks for putting me onto Sleep Token, they’re only my favourite band now…

You’re one of the best interviewers of this generation. Very clear commutator with big ideas. You deserve all the success brother.

Your reach extends far beyond what you might imagine. I am 70 and sitting here surrounded by rice fields in Northern Thailand, having led an amazing life, and yet I hang on to your every word. The mind ponders and seeks answers to all the questions you put forth so eloquently, regardless of how old you are. At least that is my experience. Continue doing what you are doing, as it is so greatly appreciated by a wide spectrum of people. Love and kindness from Thailand.

4 months ago I was miserable. Thought I was the worst human being on earth, full of guilt and addictions. Trying to perform on every single thing I was doing. Wife left. Got my back injured while Crossfiting. But then I turned myself to Christ (again). Got better. Addiction free. Wife is back. Discovered an incurable disease that I'll carry forever. Praise to God. I'd never thought of myself feeling good with a bad news like that, thanks God he put me in the desert and prepared me for the worst while He rebuilt my life. Hope He finds you. Appreciate you man!
