Thank you Mel and Dr Bryant ! I am 67 years old and finally figured out I have NEVER been home, I’ve never been ME. I’m coming home, and planning my own next chapter. Thanks again! And Mel, thank you for saying you love me. You and I are the only ones who do.

Hi Mel. This is a voice text. I’m driving right now. On my way to work. You really got me there. I am an emergency nurse for almost 39 years. Covid really hits us hard. It’s leaving me empty at times. Very exhausted. Emergency rooms are full, full of hatred, full of frustrations, full of, sick and dead people inside and out. Yes, sometimes we are burned out but I want to come home. I love taking care of people. This is my calling. This is the eagle in me. I never want to be with the chickens. Not they are weakling. But I want to be the eagle who is going to be a good example for them. my only strength is that I get a chance to go to church every Sunday. Believe it or not I have to take a vacation day on my assigned weekend just to go to church because it is so cathartic for me. It is my outlet. It’s like getting the poison out of my heart mind and soul and filling it with love, peace and joy. Mail. Thank you very much …again may you have more wonderful guests such as this. Because you are a GIFT to us ❤

Omg Mel, I can totally relate to the feeling of being separated. Feeling like I am a witness to my life rather than living being a participant of my life. ❤❤❤

Listened to this 3x so far. Mostly because the 1st two times…I listened while distracted doing other things. This 3rd time….I sat and listened…when I got uncomfortable, I could feel the draw to distract myself to do something else but didn’t this time. The 1st step is awareness. I’ve downloaded The Homecoming to listen to because this podcast resonated so much. And the ending…touched me with tears. Thank you Mel and Dr. Bryant. ❤️
