With that out the way, thanks for clicking this, now let's get into Pengiun Episode 3. - Now we begin with the several flyers for Bella Reals mayoral campaign. Running an optimistic campaign that would offer real change this was supposed to uplift the city. The batman actually opened with the Mayor watching his debate with her and it ended with her at the gardens as they were flooding. In the opening she was bringing up the renewal fund and how it hadn't benefited the city. The mayor brought up the great Thomas Wayne and how it was her throwing dirt on his name but we learned throughout the film what was going on. Corrupt politicians and mobster had funneled it into their pocket and they were living the high life. The Riddler had began taking them down one by one and in the end he's who brought change to the city. Just not for the better.
