With regard to people staying up later in the Middle East, a lot of it has to do with the oppressive heat during the day. Outdoor activities in general shift into the evenings to make them more tolerable.

Normally very positive interviews. This is just weird, needing to crap on another product when his own product has gone through a bunch of turmoil recently (not being honest with customers).

The "Not sure I should/can do it, but it should be so, it should exist, there is a void, I might just as well have a go at it" sounds very familiar, and is beautifully expressed. Our world likes stories about people that seem destined to win, instead of most just stumbling into it by persisting a bit in the right direction to fill that void or scratch that itch. You don't "win" anything because you have some born right to win stuff. You show up and have a go, be it sports, profession, arts or love.

This episode hit me harder than I can explain. When you talked about growth minded people always chasing the ideal, never arriving, always moving the finish line, it felt like someone finally described the way I’ve felt my whole life. That permanent sense of lack, even when you’re doing everything right, is so exhausting. I’ve told myself for years, “If I just get the right job, the right life, I’ll finally feel settled,” but deep down, I know I wouldn’t. Your podcast has carried me through so many different seasons of life. I don’t think I’ve ever resonated with someone’s mind and words this much (I guess it’s an only child thing 😅). So thank you for continuing the mission, truly. I hope you know how needed your voice is. Oh and thanks for the bodybuilding feature suggestion 😂I was quite literally complaining about it during my workout this AM.
