I've known guys that run completely off the rewards from work. To the point of no real friends, hobbies or significant other, work IS their identity.

I never expect to be as successful as some of these A-Type folks, but man you need a balance. Advise from not a rich man, however a very happy one.

I also know older men that made work their life. Once they retired they realized that's all they had, they spent their lives identifying with work and they have a great retirement or not but more importantly don't have an identity

I’ve been watching your channel for a bit now & it’s helped me in many ways! I really just wanted to acknowledge & appreciate your transparency with the auto immune issues you’ve been going through. As someone who’s going through similar stuff (tinnitus, oral ulcers, eye inflammation, etc) & knows how frustrating the diagnosis process is, your openness in discussing your situation made me feel much better than anything i’ve tried in just knowing that i’m not alone & others are going through similar stuff but still prevail. Totally understand not wanting to dive into detail with it being an ongoing issue but just want you to know that 3 minutes you spent discussing it helped me a lot & the video you touched on releasing would do wonders for people in a similar boat I would imagine. Thanks again for your constant realness🤙

A man of influence and inspiration, Chris, you have changed and transformed thousands of souls from their fears, addiction, uncertainty, and improved healthy lifestyle and standards. A man of your caliber and vision is what the world needs today. Hearing about your condition was shocking and disheartening. The fact that you battled it through silence yet kept a bold and confident face in front of the camera determined to share and convey wisdom and ideas to the world for a better life. You truly have the heart of gold and balls of steel. You have a great spirit of resilience and perseverance. May the good Lord continue to pour wisdom and blessings upon your life and the strength to endure and overcome challenges. ❤

Great video. The cost I paid for overexerting myself in my twenties was four years of severe panic attacks and agoraphobia.

Chris I have watched you and want to tell you to stop and smell the roses. You look like you are at a cross road in your life. Slow down, some goals take time and I know you like to focus on what you do but take care of yourself. I am also a type A person but was not taking care of myself but now enjoy the simple things of life. I always enjoy your shows and yes, you are 36 but as we say in our family getting to 40 is a joy not a mid life crisis . I will pray for you and hope you find balance in your life. 😇

I hope you will fully recover from your health problems. Don't get a burn out from work on top of it all, remeber the importance of rest for your nervous system too! Good luck mate!
