I can't do moderation, I can't do restrictive diets. I'm 40 and 6'2, 7 weeks ago I was 250lbs with a gut, now I am in the 200-205 range and my stomach is flat, I've basically been following a diet based on the new food pyramid guidelines. So I started out with a 3 day fast then went on one meal a day with a carnivore emphasis after that, i eat as much as I want, I only eat when i'm hungry but I needed the 3 day fast to do a reset, I also have a fruit day every week, i don't plan it, just when i feel like it and i just eat what i feel the urge to, some type of intuitive eating i guess, socially I eat junk and it's ok, it's not even once a week. What i did notice from using the 52 week tracker is that it helped me identify what foods work for me, if i'm going to have carbs it has to have high fat or i'll crash after, after using the tracker i saw all kinds of patterns that were so helpful to me. I've felt awesome since doing this, i think i'll be able to keep this up long term with the fruit days and being able to eat normal food socially, I ate a whole pizza 2 weeks ago and i was fine, no crash, i just didn't get hungry for another 36 hours.
Our medical industry is not incompetent, they have different goals and they are doing an excellent job according to their goals. Healthy people don't buy or need medication. Cancer patients are a cash cow. The PSYOP is working, we all think they are just incompetent....
Our medical industry is a complete joke and people in it walk around giving advice who are completely incompetent.

Kids aren't getting fat eating fruit. Drinking fruit juices, eating fruit roll ups, and a ton of other highly processed foods.
This was such an awesome episode. She has totally changed my perception of valley girls. Great info

I agree to be aware of where our health is. Eating animal protein and fats feed the body what it needs for brain and metabolic health. Also the nutrients are readily absorbed. Fibre is overrated and is not essential for easy digestion. It is a complex carbohydrate. Fat can take the place of fibre. Feeling healthy feels like freedom. π
