I'm a 51 year old female who changed my physical and mental health 6 years ago eating a ketogenic lifestyle. Over the last 3 years, I've been mainly eating a carnivore diet. I am so grateful to have discovered Dr. Berry’s channel. He is doing very important work. I am 42, and I was vegetarian for over 20 years, then omnivorous for five years — the worst years ever! I have now been following a 90% carnivore diet for about three months, and I can feel that I am deeply healing long-term health issues such as SIBO, IBS, chronic fatigue, hair loss and skin problems. It was not easy to start eating meat again at first, but now I feel grateful to the animals that help me heal. Food is no longer just food for me — it is medicine.
