Don't ever settle for incompetent co-founders.
Totally see it with another lens. To find someone who has the same vision as me same drive and most importantly the same competency is a waste of time. If that person is found along the way great. Most importantly is to try and fail. FAST. Then iterate. AI is here. Who can can give o me drive pros and cons for decisions you’re struggling with.

Shouldnt the board of advisors be running businesses totally different from that of yours to avoid conflict of interest and the awkwardness of either them or you eating into each other's business?
100% agree. The problem is that most founders are psychos and have a difficult time to accept the difference and hold off their ego.. really hard to actually do business with other man
