On October 21, 2021, Alec Baldwin accidentally shot and killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injured Director Joel Souza. Alec has been charged with Involuntary Manslaughter, which, if convicted, could land him in jail for up to 18 months. The trial begins on Tuesday, July 10, 2024. Hannah Gutierrez was the armorer on set who was convicted of Involuntary Manslaughter for failing to identify that the prop gun was loaded with a live bullet instead of a dummy round. She is scheduled to be transported from custody on Saturday, July 13, 2024. Does this mean she might be on the witness stand even though Use Immunity was not granted by the judge?
