I've been so obsessed with this Judge's drama, I don't even remember what the trial is about.
IMO The way that judge treated that attorney was awful....and down right disgusting!!
I’m stunned it took so long to remove this judge! His abuse of power is outrageous, like he doesn’t know cameras are a thing.
This judge sounds like he's lost the plot 😳. How many people are sitting in seats of power that should be retired like everyone else? 😮
Merch idea: dictionary definition of "shall" - "means must fucking do it" example: "you shall yeet thyself" 🤣
Because that judge works under Judge G! Of course she’s not going to say anything bad about him.

10:00 - He was only granted immunity from state charges though, as the state cannot grant immunity from federal charges. If you carefully parse what Copeland said, one could argue that he did indeed answer the questions that he was granted immunity for. But when the state questioned him about his age (which would honestly be irrelevant to his testimony), he pleads the fifth. Why would he do that? Assume arguendo, that he did falsify his date of birth in a federal record, which the Feds could charge him for. Now if you think about each and every time he pleaded the fifth you can find an argument as to why he did not answer.
Did you see that the replacement judge yeeted themselves already?
One thing I really respect about the Idaho judge is that he was willing to change his opinion on cameras in the courtroom. For the Lori Daybell trial he said “no cameras” because he felt it contributed to publicity, salaciousness, etc. But a woman who has been advocating for cameras in federal courts explained the value of cameras when it comes comes to the education of the public and their trust in the judicial system. He said he found what she said interesting and would consider it. He later decided for it and the next trial (Chad Daybell) was televised.
