I nodded my head the whole time watching the way you enjoy prata. I love your descriptions of the prata and curries as they were everything I love about curries and prata. Singapore has so many other food options to explore and I wish foreigners would be open to try everything like you are instead of going for the same old chicken rice, chilli crab etc. The many different cultures in Singapore has resulted in amazing and delicious food options and also fusion cuisine. I'm always excited to try something new here. Eating never gets boring in Singapore if you are always open to explore.
