I take a mushroom mix pill twice a day, walk outside during lunch for sunlight, and check out the Fadiman videos about microdosing magic mushrooms. Like everything, too much is definitely possible. A few weeks seemed to improve my vision and hearing, and maybe also improved my ability to smell.
Get outside. We did not evolve to live indoors under artificial lights. We were meant to work half naked in the sun.
