I am betting my wife's life on this. Carnivore for 1 1/2 years - early onset Alzheimer's since December 2023. So far she has reversed most of symptoms. God Bless Dean & Jodie

I have lost almost 250 pounds in almost two years. Even though I started keto for weight loss, I have ended up going off about 15 medications. I have one med. I want off my last med. I have been Carnivore for 2 weeks. Hoping to clear up some lingering metabolic issues. Anyway, about a year ago, I decided to get rid of milk, cereal, rice, sweet potatoes, flour, sugar, etc. in the house. Two of my kids still at home have autism (16 and 19). They were welcome to buy junk if they wanted it, but I refused to buy anymore. Both are completely off their meds. Both lost between 30-50 lbs.

I ama 68 yr old female, doing my best to stay carnivore . I cook for our household, including husband, 99 yr old mother in law, daughter and three grandchildren. I tell them protein & fat! They bring other food items in the house but I am caring for myself first and set an example. Thank you Dr.Chaffee for your great videos. 💪😍

Dogs are even having a surge of canine dementia due to the amount of starch in kibble. It's important for your furry friends to eat nose to tail too

Very timely for me. Today my 92 y/o mother comes home from skilled nursing. Shes developed dementia in the last half a year. We’re going to see if we can slow or reverse it with keto/carnivore. I am optimistic.

Carnivore for over 5 years here. Lost both my parents after their last years were spent with dementia. At 62 preventing dementia is my WHY for persevering with carnivore. .
