Description

There are any number of ways to skin a cat, but not all of them get you the best results long-term. When it comes to weight loss and improving health and body composition, there are many ways that you can force yourself to lose body fat, but they can destroy your metabolism, your health, and lead to long-term weight gain, even with early weight loss. If you want long-term, sustained and healthy weight loss and improvements in not only your body composition but health, then you need to do things right from the beginning and maintain them long-term. Just because something else can give you quicker early results doesn't mean they will get you to the finish line quicker or even at all. slow and steady wins the race. #weightloss #nutrition #carnivore #diet #shortvideo #health

Did 10k steps a day for a year, 30-60 minute treadmill run, weight lifted 3 times a week for a whole year. Got stronger but no belly fat loss despite being in a calorie deficit. Switched to carnivore, ditched the treadmill and 10K steps and lost all my belly fat within months. Beef, bacon, fish, chicken and some seasoning.

Dr. Chaffee is the REAL deal... The day I started eating pulled pork - yes, with all of that SCRUMPTIOUS fat - is the day I started feeling NORMAL for the first time in my 56-year life: I always had low-grade depression and didn't even know it. Thanks, Dr. Chaffee!

I enjoy ground beef more than steak. I buy a chuck roll and a brisket and grind them together with all the fat and end up with about 40 pounds of great ground beef. I freeze it 1 pound packages. I think it's kind of fun to participate in my own meal prep. Sometimes I grind a few pounds of bacon into 10 pounds of the ground beef for a true bacon burger. Investing in a nice grinder, small chest freezer and a vacuum sealer really helped me stay on my carnivore lifestyle. I buy meat in bulk and save.

Brilliant - coming across you 4 years ago on youtube was the very best thing the internet has ever done for me - the only down side is it was 4 years ago and not 40 years ago. Your integrity shines through like a beacon from your soul - thank you for all you do.

I started going carnivore back in March 2025, for the sole purpose of getting rid of my visceral/belly fat. Mission accomplished. Followed a proper human diet, daily IF (12 hours minimum, up to 18 hours). OMAD/2MAD, daily walking of 5k or more steps. No running, no weight/resistance training. Ensure adequate sleep. No snacking! Also stopped alcohol consumption. It can be done, you just have to stay consistent and committed to the goal.

I eat a stick of butter every day on top of everything else. I don’t gain anything and I’m 57 yr old . this doctor knows what he’s talking about.

ive been obese since i was a kid. im 34 now. I used to play hours and hours of basketball and ran countless miles all with no weight loss. I've been doing carnivore for 2.5 years now and I've lost 45 lbs. I stopped the cardio and just lift heavy. I look unrecognizable. everything has changed. keep spreading the truth!

Some unsolicited advice... Don't make weight loss your focus. You'll drive yourself batshit crazy... Instead; make your holistic health your full focus. Weight loss (if needed) will be a natural "side effect" of doing so. 🤗

My carnivore light bulb moment was when I realized I was weighing raw beef and airfryer the meat and eat...this went on for close to 300 days...I was not counting the "lost" fat thru airfrying. I was overloading protein and not eating the fat even when I was weighing every ounce...ugh hard lesson. After figuring that out weightloss started again. And cardiologist said "you don't need to be here" and primary laughed and said "you have teenage blood"...I am 70 yrs old.
