Thanks for the video. I'm a chemistry teacher, and now I want to reproduce the process as a project for my students ! First year students at our school have to work on a 50 hours or so project each year. I think we can try almost everything you showed on the video in our labs : caffeine extraction, purification, HPLC analysis. In the video you say that different batch of coffee have different amount of caffeine in them. Now I've got to look for research papers about the amount of caffeine in different kind of coffee. Thanks again for your videos and thanks for the ideas it sparked !
