Salt and potatoes apple cider vinegar... hmm that's it I am getting salt and vinegar potatoes chips on the way home :)
Yes. I am a nighttime eater as well. It sucks to destroy the day's healthy eating and movement with nighttime binging😢
I have been doing lemon water and a teaspoon of allulose an hour or so after dinner. That has really taken away all late evening cravings!
You described me… the minute dinner is finished… I become an obsessed out of control for sweets then salt then sweets, etc. Until I go to bed. I don’t even think of these things all day. I eat healthy. Thanks for this video.
Summary of Foods Mentioned in the Video 1. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) • Explanation: Consuming ACV at night can help combat cravings by acting as a starch inhibitor, slowing down carbohydrate breakdown and delaying blood sugar spikes. 2. Salty Snacks • Explanation: Replacing sweet cravings with salty snacks can be beneficial. Salt cravings can sometimes mimic sweet cravings, and consuming salty snacks is generally lower in calories than sweet options. 3. Protein (Protein Shake) • Explanation: Having a protein shake before arriving home can reduce hunger and the tendency to overeat at dinner. Protein helps manage glucose response and satiety. 4. Potatoes • Explanation: Opting for potatoes over rice provides easier digestion and a protease inhibitor that slows protein breakdown, potentially enhancing satiety. 5. MCT Oil • Explanation: Consuming MCT oil can decrease appetite and help manage food intake later in the evening due to its effects on brain energetics. 6. Breakfast Foods (Big Breakfast) • Explanation: Eating a substantial breakfast can help control hunger throughout the day, preventing excessive eating at night. 7. Seaweed Snacks • Explanation: If eating after dark is necessary, seaweed snacks are a low-calorie option that can help with satiety without significantly impacting blood sugar.

Stopping nighttime Thomas starts at the grocery store.
I don't desire to eat at night. But, after my last meal, I switch over to seltzer water with acv, l theanine , glycine, and allulose. Mix the powders with the acv to dissolve, then add the seltzer water. Then I switch to chamomile tea with more glycine and l theanine. I eat a late, big breakfast.
I believe the Japanese call it kuchisabishii or "lonely mouth". I'm not hungry, mindlessly snacking is a ritual. Trying to cut out snacking, the nightly nightcap have been difficult.
