Why would I spend ridiculous money on probiotics when I can just make myself some sauerkraut...

The only thing she lost me with is when she said to take under the direct supervision of a physician. It's pretty common knowledge that most physicians don't spend any time in medical school or after researching nutrition. I'd say you have to find the right physician.
Ashwagandha lowered my stress significantly as a disability support worker assisting violent clients. Different things are good for different people and use cases, and it is most certainly good for lowering cortisol levels.
As far as collagen I can only speak to my experience. It has without a doubt made my nails stronger. When I stop taking it for awhile they go back to being thin. That’s not a placebo effect. And actually I wasn’t expecting it to work.
The mosquito bites and methylene blue is insane because I took it last summer and got very few mosquito bites for the first time and I did not think about that. I stopped taking it when I ran out, but I’m definitely going to have to get some more for the positive aspects and for not having mosquitoes come after me because they love me.
