I commented on your channel when I lost my son a year ago and got A LOT of support. Now we are 2 days away from hospital induction of our daughter. Thanks for all the love I've gotten here.
this genuinely feels like he's talking to his audience and cares about this rather than someone that just seeks to interview the current big name and then just move on to the next "big" thing. this is why i listen to this guy. learnings are entropic, if you do not reflect and review and apply it will diminish. and these reflective videos are just that. excited for the future of this channel - hopefully it can be a lifelong journey i can follow.

I love the reverse charisma. I love people so much, and I want to hear their stories, how are they feeling and what's new. I give full attention to my people and I make them feel that everything they say is important. This skill changed my life. Another factor I think is to learn how to be HAPPY for people. Genuinely happy. No play no pretend. It's the best feeling. My heart is always full of love and happiness for other people ❤
For the record, as a woman, I’ve always ALWAYS appreciated the balance of calling out men while recognizing their challenges. I love you for it. ❤ Congrats on 900. Keep doing what you’re doing.

I feel the book How to Win Friends and Influence People addresses this "reverse charisma" topic you are discussing very well. People love to be around people that allow them to do most of the talking. Being good at sales for example is not trying to be pushy but asking questions and the right questions. Much like a "friend" you want to be around.
You scratch a part of my brain no other podcast can itch.
Don't take this personally but I hadn't seen or heard any of your podcasts until I accidentally stumbled upon you when you were on Aaron's podcast, Align. I was very impressed with how the two of you communicated in a genuine way that you infrequently see two men connect. I still appreciate how genuine you are. I like when you are talking to your audience and suddenly pivot and begin thinking out loud. It's real.
Chris, I love everything you say, your journey and how you hold space with your guests- you are a masterclass in communication and allowing people you interview to shine. Never underestimate the influence you hold and the impact you are making on people from all walks of life. Thank you, sincerely, Thank you!
