Gahhhhhh.. I cannot.. Believe.. Amber heard.. IS STILL... STILL trying to paint herself a victim. 😞😓 It's not only triggering.. but it is.. heart breaking. As a victim.. as a human.. it's so upsetting. 😣

The whole "malice" thing bothers me. Let's compare the two statements: Heard and her team (including whats-that-companys-name who wrote the OP basically for her) went to the moon and back out of their way to make the OP ed "delicately" obvious and at the same time "safe" for them to not get sued. That was shown in court! From the evidence we can assume that it was a lie. Hence malice. Waldman, on the other hand, saw what she was doing, speculated (with the evidence HE knew of) how the story went (the wine o. the wall, blah blah), and stated as much. How is that malice?

The reason why the texts don't mean anything to me is because I think of texts I've sent about people who have put me through immense amounts of pain and I completely get it. In the heat of the moment, you sometimes say messed up things. It's a lot different than say....cutting off someone's finger with a glass bottle.

An awful lot of "didn't we go through this already?" in Rottenborn's filing. Did anyone else get the feeling that this was partly a fantasy redo of the trial if he had been lead council? I wonder if the ambiguous timeline was because he had originally set up a timeline based on Depp's interactions with Marilyn Manson, but at the last second decided that was pushing it.

What shocks me most about this case is that there were images of text messages between JD and his friend and the "in" and "out" were labelled in a way that JD was on the receiving end, but they used it in a way that meant JD was the one who said it. And no one ever talked about it again after we found out about it haha.

As a university student, we were strictly barred from using wikipedia as a source. We could fail a whole essay for this one mistake/source. Never expected this from Mr. Rottenborne, as an intellectual and professional. It is a crime in academia!
