That time you missed an impromptu stream and find out you were gifted membership when you replay 🎉🎉🎉 THANK YOU!!!
Walden didn't write the article, a reporter did. Walden didn't have control over the tone of the article or which quotes were used. (Or did he?) I would think that matters. If the reporter used the most scintillating quotes and took some of Walden's words out of context, do you sue the reporter too? I'm confused. I'm also clearly not a lawyer. Replay crew, love you the most. I fear this case will never end!
Adam Waldman did great work. His investigation and all the evidence he dug up is a big reason why Johnny prevailed here.
Independent contractors and employees are probably used synonymously by AH’s team.
It's nice to see a well written legal document. I think I'm still in burnout from the Brooks trial but watching your stream seems to have invigorated me. Johnny's brief was very well written.
Not only did they NOT prove he had reason to believe it was false, they proved he believed it to be true to the point where he took a binder of evidence to file charges for perjury.
I didn't know lawyers could roast other lawyers in appeals. They never said Elaine but they said Elaine so loud.
What would be really cool is if the CoA staggered the rulings, found AH's one win deficient, then when they got to her "inconsistent verdicts" argument stated "that is no longer a problem" (because you lost on everything). [rubbing hands together and grinning, lol]
I love how the "The Court of Appeals of Virginia" fontage at the top of the page looks Pirates-y 😂
“I can’t tell if I’m living or annoyed” - I felt that in my soul.
