You know why Sugi is so comfortable and lively? Because Cameron is with him. Or else, Sugi will quickly run out of social battery. I really love the brotherly vibe between them.

here's a "quick" summary: 1. はい and いいえ are "yes" and "no" respectively, though they are not very common in casual speech. instead, use うん and ううん. the difference is with body language 2. "I get it" is わかる, literally meaning "I understand" 3. "I don't know what you're talking about" is わかんない or わからん or しらん. the first two are short for 分からない which means "I don't understand", while the third one is short for 知らない which means "I don't know". 4. "it's fine" is いいよ which means "good" 5. "exactly" is そう, though you can add more to emphasize, the max amount is aleph null or in other words INFINITY. 6. "so so" or "very much" is まーまー, not to be confused with ママ which means mom. 7. "wait" is ちょっと, which literally means "a little bit". hope this helps 😊

Here in Brazil, "yes or no" is kind of like how they say it in Japan, except "yes" sounds more like "uh-hum," and after I started watching anime, I got used to using that instead of "sim."
