You are so good. Especialty this video about the glympatic system. I go to bed at 8 oclock. People laught. But I always wake up at 5.00 without a clock. The problem is, a lot of people play games all the night, specially young men. A lot of them get phsychologie problems.

Cleavers, a common weed, is sovereign at supporting the lymphatic system. Probably helps the glymphatic system too. You can eat is in a salad or smoothie, tastes good.

One more and very important is to make sure you don’t go to bed with any food in your stomach. If you have food in your stomach that your body is trying to digest your glymphatic system won’t switch on to do its work.

3:57 isnt it more like deepsleep is more concentrated in the first hours of sleep, not the first hours of the night, If you sleep from 10 PM to 6 AM then most deep sleep happens roughly 10 PM–2 AM. If you sleep from 2 AM to 10 AM then your body still tends to put most deep sleep in the first part of that sleep period (roughly 2 AM–6 AM). So even if you sleep late or in the morning(provided you actually sleep and the room is dark) then you will still enter deepsleep.
I have read that sleeping on your left side is better for GI tract, but that sleeping on your right side is better for glymphatic drainage.
