I’ve been carnivore for 12 years. Just fantastic x
This chap comes across as a genuine sort of bloke.
I gave carnivore a serious try but could never get to the "if it doesnt taste amazing, you're not hungry" stage. I just cant eat enough meat to keep me healthy and 'pushing through' meat aversion has just ruined my taste for foods i always loved. Ketovore (animal based, 20g total carbs) suits me best. I lost 47kg, fixed my reflux and mild hypertension, so im happy with that compromise.
Depression & anxiety....lost jobs ..lost relatiinships....endless bad luck....at some point..."it's do or die essentially!" ❤
I used to live to eat, now I eat to live. Beef, eggs, bacon, water.
This brought me to tears. My big brother just died from every symptom he listed (plus alcohol to nurse the depression). Great episode and great skills as always Jesse!
I eat the same things daily and i dont find carnivore boring at all.
Great conversation Jesse & Kerry!! What works for me, I eat “seasonally” a keto style 20-30 “low oxalate” total carbs daily. Beef, butter, tallow, eggs…YUM 🙂
