The same people saying they don't want to give their kids rules and boundaries, are the ones who are complaining that the government aren't doing enough to stop their kids being addicted to their phone.
Not potty training your four year old or teaching your 8 year old proper hygiene is neglect.
When those people say "I turned out fine", ask them what that means? A lot of people use "fine" to mean "not dead or in prison".
I’m a veteran kindergarten teacher of 34 years and she’s absolutely right!!! Kids come to kindergarten without being properly potty trained. They have ZERO social skills and only know how to throw a fit when they don’t get what they want immediately! I had to leave the public school system because of this! Another thing, if you go on their mother’s social media…. They seem like perfect little 5 year olds! I’ve come to the conclusion that parents spend all their time using their children as a social media prop instead of investing in the little human they have brought into the world who will never properly develop.
