I was half paying attention to the video while eating but I think you forgot to mention that the women on the apps are mostly single moms lol
Dating apps use the same psychology as slot machines. Dating app are a scam. Get rid of them.
First time I used a dating app. I assumed the person I had met, been on half a dozen dates and started sleeping with, was only seeing me. Simply astonishing wake up call to realize she was still using the apps to not only go on dates with other men but actually have sex with them and had convinced herself this was totally normal behavior. The whole thing is insane.
Yeah I kicked dating apps to the curb like 4-5 years ago. They are pointless.
The apps are full of fake profiles and scammers. That’s the biggest problem.
Nothing has crushed my self-esteem as a young man like trying to date. It takes hundreds of swipes to get a match, and only a fraction of those result in dates. In the rare case I get a date, I get ghosted thereafter.
I remember there being a report that came out a few years back, revealing that Tinder charges differently based on your ethnicity/orientation. So for those wanting to pay for the monthly subscription or superlikes, "people of color" and gay/lesbians would get charged the least, while the features were more expensive for the white & straight users. Abhorrent
I'm 42. And I haven't dated in 6 years simple because of this culture.
